FBCLC Phase 2

FBCLC Return to Church

Louisiana will move to Phase 2 of reopening beginning Friday, June 5th. What does this mean for Lake Charles' First Baptist Church? The main difference is that we can move to 50% capacity in any given area of our church. Therefore, we will transition to ONE WORSHIP SERVICE at 10:30 AM beginning THIS SUNDAY, JUNE 7TH.

It is still our commitment to provide a clean and safe environment for all who attend. We will provide a separate room (FMC Fellowship Hall) for those who prefer NOT to be in the larger gathering. Those in this room will be able to hear the service over the loud speaker and see the power point with song lyrics, scripture, etc.

We will continue with the following guidelines as well:

- Sunday School & J.A.M. are suspended

- Wednesday Night Activities are suspended

- NO Child Care

- everyone must enter & exit through the FMC entrance ONLY

- masks are required to enter the building

- temperature will be taken as you enter

- social distancing will still be practiced and seating will be spaced accordingly

When deciding whether to attend worship at FBCLC, please consider the following questions:

Have I or anyone in my family been sick in the last 2 weeks?

Am I 65+ years old and/or have a compromised immune system?

Do I have anxiety about the current COVID-19 situation?

We will continue to live stream our Sunday & Wednesday services on Facebook!
